Jonlee Anderle

Lieutenant Jonlee Anderle joined IPTM’s staff as an adjunct instructor in 2013. He began his law enforcement career with the Laramie Police Department in 1993, retiring in 2013 as a Lieutenant. He was named the Impaired Driving Program Manager for the Wyoming Department of Transportation Highway Safety Office in 2013. He became a Radar Instructor in 2002 and a Laser Instructor in 2004. He has been a Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) Instructor and Senior Intoximeter Operator for the Wyoming Chemical Testing Program since 1997 and has instructed numerous law enforcement officers and prosecutors in Radar, Laser, Chemical Testing and DWUI investigation and enforcement.

Lt. Anderle is the current Wyoming State Coordinator and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Region I Coordinator for the Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) program and is a certified Drug Recognition Expert and DRE Instructor. He is the past Chairman of the Governor’s Leadership Team to Prevent Impaired Driving and currently serves on the Technical Advisory Panel to the IACP Highway Safety Committee and is a member of the IACP Drug Recognition Expert Section as well as the Wyoming Governor’s Council on Impaired Driving.

Lieutenant Anderle is a graduate of the University of Wyoming and holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Education.
