Criminal Investigations | Forensics Coordinator
Nancy joined the full-time staff at IPTM in February 2018. She is responsible for classroom instruction, recruiting instructors, scheduling, and supporting the current Subject Matter Experts. She is also charged with developing new classroom and online courses.
Nancy began her law enforcement career nearly 20 years ago with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office in New Port Richey, Florida. She served in many capacities, including Forensic Investigator, Shift Supervisor, and FTO/In-Service Training Coordinator for the Forensics Unit. She also served as the Coordinator and Trainer for the Pasco Forensic Volunteer Academy. Her teaching background includes the IPTM classroom, providing crime scene training for academy recruits at the Pasco-Hernando State College Police Academy, and forensic presentations at various universities in Florida.
Nancy is professionally credentialed as a Crime Scene Analyst: International Association of Identification; CSI Proficiency Certificate: IPTM/UNF; Crime Scene Certificate: St Petersburg College; Bachelor of Applied Science in public Safety Administration: St Petersburg College; and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration: University of South Florida. She currently serves as the Florida State Region 3 Director: Florida Division of the International Association of Identification.
